Hi there, today on healthy living, I share few thoughts on “Anger and Temper”
Everyone gets mad but we must be a little bit cautious not to go overboard. We all want to be better people and God’s word gives us assurance. His word is like a light that shines our path and keeps us in check to develop good habits.
God’s word warns us not to yield to anger and wrath.
Anger can be detrimental to our health. It can make us sick, and destroy our life if not controlled. A raised voice and harsh words always trigger an angry response. Proverbs 15:1 says, “A gentle answer turns away wrath, but harsh words stir up anger”. If we truly want to seek peace within ourselves and the environment in which we live in, then we must control our temper.
Uncontrolled anger can affect our self esteem, relationships, our children and trigger the heart to beat at a faster rate inviting High Blood Pressure and other related diseases.
Beloved, let’s try to avoid our triggers and bring our tempers in check ensuring a healthy life. Nothing is difficult if we make conscious effort.
“YES WE CAN!”
Enjoy a healthy life!
Cheers!!
