Hello there! As we have already entered the month of January let’s take into consideration our health since it is one of the most important things we need to take us through the year.
Many a time we plan our lives so well that we never anticipate any negatives. Sometimes along our journey, we realize that all the good things we plan to do are difficult to achieve.
For example, you plan saving some money or eating Healthy last year but before you are aware, you have failed in doing that. It’s true sometimes we can’t keep to what we say or should be doing. As the saying goes , “It is easier said than done”.
Why this subject? I found myself stuck in this several years back. Last year I resolved to incorporate more veggies in my diet, exercise at least three times a week, to save some money and read one book every month. The first three months I was up my game. As the year went by, I was eating different foods, stopped exercising and was confronted with other issues, so I couldn’t save a dime🤣. The only thing i was able to achieve was, I read eight books instead of twelve a year.
Well, it happens to all of us. Good health is actually the catalyst for effective and a successful life. Unfortunately only few people are health conscious. Whatever may be the problem, whether a lackadaisical attitude, or proscatination, etcetera, we can try to overcome by making conscious effort to ACT on what we are suppose to do. We shouldn’t forget we can always rely on the Holy Spirit to help us.
