Hello lovely people, hope you are all doing wonderful. In fact, 2020 has been a challenging year, but in all of that we thank God He’s still in control. You all attest to the fact that times have changed. Things are not the same as they were. We have experienced unfortunate happenings from the beginning of this year. The month of March has been difficult for all of us as far as Covid-19 infection is concerned. This is sad and alarming, looking at the death toll in other parts of the world. Oh God please have mercy!
To help curb the disease, It has been advised that all and sundry should observe the following:
Washing of hands.
Social distancing
Using of hand sanitizers and nose masks.
Avoid large gathering, staying at home etc.
Much as we adhere to these directives, let’s draw closer to God, as we continue to pray fervently wherever we are.
We must also confess positively at all times.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, a pandemic has befallen man kind and its beyond human comprehension.
We ask for your mercy and forgiveness.
We are helpless and need your help.
Heal our land from every calamity and heal those who have been infected with the virus.
We pray that you comfort and strengthen those who have lost their families through the virus.
We plead the blood of Jesus over all humanity.
We pray for medical professionals, research scientists and all those engaged in fighting this deadly plague. Strengthen, sustain and protect them from getting infected.
And protect us all from this demonic virus.
This we ask in Jesus’ Name.
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble .
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountain shake with a swelling thereof”. Selah. (Psalm 46:1-3)
Vs 10- Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
Vs 11- The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
Remember God is still on the throne and he’s more than able to deliver us.
Stay safe, healthy and blessed.
We shall surely overcome in Jesus’ Name.
Thanks for joining me.
I love you all.
